looking for legs for TEK 48" 4bulb fixture

anybody out there have them? I just bought a tek 44 light from "grow light express" (great price imo), but i didn't get legs or a cable. Needless to say i don't feel like spending 50-60 dollars on a pair of plastic legs. That's rediculas (sp)!! By the way i did get my lights from the grimm reefer, his prices weren't to bad and there top of the line bulbs. Drs. foster and smith had descent bulbs but no wavelenghth chart and half of the bulbs were out of stock. Bummer. Thanks everybody

Thanks everybody for your views, however my wife whould never let me hang the light from our dinning room cieling, and secoundly i don't use a canopy so i'm not sure about the sug. to use 2x4's b/c i think they may be an eyesore. (?) Keep those comments coming!!

I would make something, you do interior trim right? I am sure you could make something nice for a lot less than the legs which are a bit ugly :)

I was definitely joking about the 2x4's, they would be an eyesore. What about pipes that mount to the canopy like Tswifty is looking at in his thread....

I didn't mean canopy...I meant mount to the stand...but a canopy would work. Is that tank a standard or rimless, because I personally don't believe in putting canopies on rimless tanks. On all others, I think they look pretty nice.
