Looking for lighting calculator

I was over at Joe's house earlier today and when we spoke about lighting he started using a calculator that gives you watt/par and other things for specific lamp/bulb/ballast setups. Anyone know what he used by chance? Where can I find it?

There's also the 250w stuff from JBNY - www.cnidarianreef.com that is all about 250w, with pictures of the colors of the bulbs.

Maybe one day I can see Joe's tank too..
