Does anyone have a RBTA that is about to split?

I remember there was always a guy around that had like 4-5 frags of them available every so often.

I'm in the market for a small - medium crocea or maxima clam as well.

Other than Aquatic Tech, I don't know any where else that has really good looking clams.

His are generally small, which I heard is a bad thing when it comes to clams.

If you are up for a drive one weekend. Reef systems in Columbus has some very good looking ones. He said he was getting some more in soon. It is very much worth the trip,

you could try petsolutions.com in their pick of the reef section, they have quite a few clams and the shipping would be ground and over night since they are in beavercreek ohio

shipping for the pick of the reef is $29.99 unless it is over $200 and it is free then. They still do nexy day air saver shipping. I ordered a micro colony and it was at my door at 9 a.m. the next morning.

man they have some sweet looking clams for 40 bucks!

where is beavercreek? Maybe I could just drive?

I have talked to them on the phone and they do not have a retail store. They also do not allow pick ups. They are set up to ship only but it isn't that much money compared to the clams around here. I paid $75 for a decent maxima at Salty Critter a couple years ago. If you take one of the more dull colored ones they go for about $49 -$59 at Salty Critter.

There is also ClamsDirect.com. or tropicorium.com

Check out the sale page at tropicorium! They have maximas for $10.99 ea... don't know if they are tiny or not.

hmm at 10.99 that is kinda wierd, hey that is cheap compared to the LFS down the road from me, they wanted 69.00 for a 1.5" maxima!!!!

i highly recommend clamsdirect.com if you want high quality cherry picked clams that are healthy and will arrive without any difficulties, i ordered two clams from them and they were at my door at 9 am the next morning, with the package still about 76* inside, with the clams opened up as soon as they came out of the bag

Yeah why are those clams so cheap?

Where does one go to find a RBTA for sale in a store?

I know hector had some, but they never really looked that healthy.
