Looking for some companion corals.

Hello all,
This is my first post on here. I have been thinking about joining the MTRC lately, so I thought I would come to the swap and check things out. I have been in the "hobby"/"addiction" for a year now and I am wanting to add some new corals to my tank. I bought some very sad looking corals from LFS when they closed down and only my zoa's & xenia pulled through. I recently purchased some green mushrooms from the aquatic critter also. I am running T-5's on my 55 gal. It looks bare in the 55 , so I was thinking about getting something along the lines of a branching coral. I like the way birdsnest looks, but I would like some opinions and suggestions on what to get. I am also not looking to spend alot at the moment. Here are a few picks of what I have now. Feel free to correct me on any of the names.

I believe these are called Green Crossette's (zoaid.com)

If anyone would like to trade stuff or have something that you think may be of interest to sell let me know. Thank You.

Welcome to Reef Central. The frag swap will be a good place to pick up some nice coral for a reasonable price. You could also add frog spawn. It is a nice branching coral.

Cool, how much will you be asking for the birds nest common? Thanks mltmtascp, I like the colors of frog spawn, but I have yet to see it in person. I will check it out, I am sure there will be a diversity at the swap for me to look at.

Here a pic of one of our frog spawns. It is one of my fav's.

$25 for the birds nest its a pretty good size piece. I like the frog spawn but I like branching hammer even better. Mlt that frog spawn does look good.

Thanks, I also have a small piece of branching hammer and it is very nice. I agree hammer is even nicer than frog spawn and it make a great addition to any aquarium. My hammer is slower growning than the frog spawn.

Hammer and fix coral are in my top 5 for sure. I have yet to see any of it in the LFS when I go. I like to see them in person, rather than special ordering. I have done that on a few fish and it was hit or miss on what I really wanted. Does anyone know what a frag of either hammer or fox would cost? Any comments good or bad on the fox would be appreciated as well.
