I wasn't home last night or tonight to get pictures or see what's ready to skip out of my tank. I'll do my best to get some asap.
Benjamin, I honestly haven't really target fed any of my corals. The only ones we ever really worried about feeding were the sun corals, and frankly that didn't work out the way we had hoped.

All I feed is flake and some frozen when I can remember to do it. If we happen to be at a LFS and think to buy some brine, we throw those in the tank for the gobies. So, whatever the rics are getting is making them happy.
My rics and mushrooms have started to look really good and grow much better since we stopped messing with the nano. We've been so busy with the 270 that the nano has been slightly neglected - not in a bad way necessarily, but we haven't been messing with the corals or rockwork and we've been doing a few less water changes then we would ideally do. Not entirely sure what's going on, but they're doing great, so I'm sticking with it.
I'm always scared to just go at them with a razor blade and split them up, but I think I'm going to take a handful of them and bite the bullet and slice 'em up. Hopefully whatever is causing them to grow so fast will help them to heal up and look great...
