Looking for some tank transition help... buckets & small tank

I'm going to be moving my tank early/mid next week, and would like to try and transport as much of the original water as possible. I'd like to try and get at least 25gallons transported. Plus I have the rock, inhabitants, etc... I have some bags, coolers, and one empty 5g salt bucket, but I'm definitely going to need some loaners.

So I'm looking for any 5g salt buckets or containers with lids that you could spare for a few days.

I'm in Canton, but will be heading up to Salty Critter tomorrow so I could swing by anywhere up there if you have anything.

Also, I'm looking for a tank in the 20 Long range to use as a temporary transition tank for a few days. I'd like to set a tank up at home over thanksgiving, so when I move the tank home next week I'll have something to put the livestock in while I'm getting the main tank hooked up. Like I said, I'm just looking for some loaner stuff, and I could have it back to you next weekend at the latest.

Thanks.

If you have a truck or van I have 2 30gal poly barrels and 2 55gal barrels with lock lids and I have a 20 tall or a 29 that is available. I live in Lakewood and should be around for most of the day. Although the wife did say I'd have to go to the mall sometime tomorrow for baby shots with Santa. If interested give me a call 216-299-9850. I do have quite a few 5 gallon buckets here too that you could borrow as well.

T...I've got you covered. I've got a bunch of buckets and a some large tubs. i am in massillon. PM me and I'll hook you up...

Wow... thanks for all the responses guys. I'll be transporting everything in the Mazda6, so 5g buckets or long shallow tubs would be about all I could fit. Although T.J. and I got 2 - 75g tanks in the back of it.

From the initial responses it looks like I should be able to get my hands on everything I need locally.

Thanks again guys. :)

TJ,

if you want the two containers I used when I bought your rock, you can borrow them. You'll be able to put as much as you need, as well as close the two tops so even if there is a little splashing out of the first one, it'll stay in the second one. I had no water in my car.

Let me know.
