looking for suggestions on clown & anemone pair

I want to add a pair of clowns and a anemone to my 180 that is out of the norm you see all the time. Kind of want to make it the center piece of the tank. atm the tank is mixed with frags. pj's mag foxface yellow and hippo tang and a firefish are my fish in the tank.

I would get a Rose Bubble Tip Anemone and then buy some Snowcassos or Black Ice. They would be a great contrast and look awesome in your tank.

I would either get a pair of Spotcinctus clowns (my profile picture and also made a topic about them with pics and videos), or I would get a pair of rods onyx percula clowns. If you get the Spotcinctus get a bubble tip, if you get the onyx perculas get a haddoni carpet so it doesn't lose it's black

Forget the old standard Bubble-tips -rose or green and get a purple or red Carpet and then get a pair of clowns you like!:fish2::smokin:

the snows and black ice look cool. That is the first i have heard of the spotcinctus like the looks of the too.

You can't just buy an anemone you like and a pair you like, each species of clownfish host different anemones meaning they won't likely host it if they aren't it's wild hosts

yea I know i was just looking for a different combo. Ive kept haddoni in the past with a pair of perc's. Was going to get a pair of maroons yellow strips and a bta or black and white aussies but thought id see what folk here would say is a wow dont see those very often pair (anemone clown combo) plus if im gong to sepnd any time rearing fry I want it to be worth it

Not necessarily true. I've had ocellaris hosted by BTAs (which they aren't in the wild). Clownfish/anemone pairings are often unpredictable.
