Looking to start over again

Its been awhile since I have had a tank, but I always loved the one i had and am missing it.

I have a 34G Solana that I plan on doing something with. Problem is I love it all softies, LPS, and SPS. Obviously smaller volume means less stability and more maintance, but it's what I have to work with.
It has a 150W hqi pendant, and I would like to go LED, but had bad experiences with LED before. Are Radions still the best choice or are there others that are as good. I actually was a fan of the halide, but went led to reduce energy usage. Maybe just some led for actinic would be ok.

I have a skimmer for the tank that uses a small venturi pump. It was made for the tank.

The tank also has a top off that works, but it is not super precise. Two bottles about the size of a pint of whiskey.

I have all of my old rock, but it is dead. It has been dry for about a year. I assume any pests are long gone, but I'm sure this rock may leech some nutrients. What direction do I need to take with this rock?

I had great experience with putting all of the rock I wanted to use in a tank (my case75g). I did several 100% water changes with straight RO/DI over a source of a month. I used my 6105s to keep the water turbulent and churning. I didn't have the algae phase very long with that rock in my 93. Probably the best non-D'Smacked rock I've ever used.

You could acid wash the rock. youtube has plenty of direction if you can't find a step by step here on RC.

I'm not a big fan of dead rock, but lots of folks use it. I'm also not a big fan of auto topoff.

Do what feels right:)
