Lost an arm

My blue linkia sea star last a leg. Not sure what's going on. Any suggestions?

A peppermint shrimp took off a leg from my purple linkia seastar. the leg moved around the tank but it was eventually crushed by a piece of liverock that fell. As far as the seastar goes, it should be fine and its leg should grow back over time.

You star could be melting and falling apart from starving too death! If it keeps loosing legs you will know!
