Lots for sale, help keep my reef!

Ok, I have a lot of things for sale, and I need the money to help pay for my beach house this summer so I can keep my reef going! Here's everything I have for sale for now, let me know what your interested in, really first come, first serve! The first beach house payment is due this month!

Custom 55g sump, its a long hexagon shape, has two bulkheads on the left side, for skimmer/return pump. $50

Brand new 75g (using a 55g instead for sump since it fits better) $85 (skimmer NOT included)

Drilled 15g tank, has two holes in the back corners, blue background $20

Also have 40b tank $40
Will have 30g once I set up my 55g sump $30

Proclear Aquactics skimmer with rio600 pump $50

AquaVia 2600 L/hr pump (approx. 690gph) $20

ARO VHO ballast BRAND NEW runs two bulbs up to 220w total, comes with end caps and mounting hardware $65

Two Brand new bags of caribsea Aragonite sand (have 3 if interested) $20 per bag

this is a more recent pic, they have grown quite a bit, but they are combined together in this pic.

I am not sure what to ask for them, I will only be selling one, at this time at least, open to offers? What does everyone think each is worth?
