Loud Hamilton Pendant Fan?

Newbie here with question. Just bought a 2 year old used Hamilton fixture, MH250Wx2, VHOX2, and the single fan seems loud. Should it? or is this just the way they come. If this brand has a reputation for being loud, is there a quieter fan on the market? Thanks.

I'm not familiar with that brand, but generally, when fans are noisy, you can try cleaning it with compressed air, then oiling the armature with 10W electric motor oil or 3-in-1 oil. (Don't oil it over your tank)

Thanks, I'll try that... it doesn't sound like something scraping... just sounds like a lot of air going through.
