Is it from vibrations or the motor? If from vibrations they make pads to place under the pump, if from the motor i would contact reeflo as it may be a bearing.
How old is it? It may still be under warrenty. Reeflo is a great company and at times have sent a replacement pump first then you send yours in so that your not without a pump.
I haven't observed much difference in noise between regular and gold series Reeflo pumps (when brand new out of the box). Supposedly the gold series are higher quality, but Reeflo's motor seals are inferior IMO (had lots of issues lately).
I Have a reeflo hammerhead Mine makes a steady hummmmm.. not loud at all. Have had absolutely no issues with it. You can email reeflo giving them the number on the valuate and they will tell you if its still under warranty...
If you can make a video /sound file of it running upload it someplace and send them the link..
Reeflo will help you get the pump sorted. But it might mean doing a exchange for re manufactured pump or sending it in first to be repaired ,
Good Luck.....
