Low flow or high flow through the sump?

Looking for opinions....

I'm running pretty low speed flow through my sump. I assumed let my in sump skimmer do its job on the water. Should I rethink that and run a faster flow through my system?

I've got 2 gyres running in the tank so flow up top is good I'm just trying to figure out what is optimal through the sump.

Slow. Lets the microbubbles dissipate and allows detritus to settle out.

Agreed. Slow is fine if you've got good water movement in the display.

Slow is best. Give time for the skimmer and fuge to do their work. As said, flow in the tank is what you want.
