Low wattage/heat pH?

Whats a good low wattage low heat powerhead?I was looking at the hydor koralias.Any input on those?

I love the hydors. I have two of the hydor 4's and they work great and they consume very little energy. They have my vote!

Could someone recommend a good, small inline/external pump? It seems like all the ones I find are submerisble only...
