I've had this torch for about 6 months. Several months/weeks ago, the polyps/tentacles were much longer. Here is a video I took today:

I did move the coral maybe a week ago. Moved it to a slightly lower-flow area and changed the angle of the base. Could that cause it to shrink up? Will the polyps extend out again over time?
Also, I did have a heater problem where my water went down to 72 degrees. A small frogspawn frag barely survived, tiny little polyps now, but it didn't seem to affect the torch. That was over a month ago.
My parameters are good - all other corals doing fine.
