LR / aiptasia

I have a few pieces of LR that has some aiptasia......Before I put the rock in my new tank I would like to get rid of the aiptasia. Could I just dip the rock in lime water before placing in the new tank....suggestion please.

Probably burn off all the coralline, inverts, etc. but would most likely work...Not absolute on this, though. I think injection or CBB are the best options. Pep shrimp work sometimes, but usually not a cure.

Joes juice worked on the aiptasia I had.
I had 6-10 that I nuked with it 2 weeks ago and have not seen a single one reappear.

Yup, blast them with kalk.

Brian I saw Chris do something that appeared to work really nice, he mixed a little kalk powder with little water to do a thick slurry, then using a siring with out the needle he sucked a little of this slurry and placed it slowly at the anenomas tentacles near the mouth, anenome ate it like food and retracts, never to come back out!

peppermint shrimp always worked great for me but they bothered my xenia. I am not sure if that is an option for you
