LR and flow questions

i have a stupid noob question. I just re scaped my reef. i decided to cover the whole back. i need to add more LR. is that ok?? will it cause a cycle and kill my fish?? can i use dry rock or does it have to be LR??

also i got 2 koralia 3s, a mj1200, and a mj1000. is that enough flow for a 75g reef?? i have sps and lps.

Live rock will cause a new cycle. Dry/base rock will not.
Your flow is a little low. For SPS you should try and achive 30x turnover minimum. Many people are running 50x+ turnover rates is very successful SPS tanks. You didn't mention the size of your return pump from your sump.

adding rock can cause problems sometimes especially if it is not fully cured.i like to smell it and it should not smell bad like sulfur or rotting sea food even if lfs claims it is cured.it is safer to keep the rock a few weeks,changing the water often in a seperate vessel and cure it yourself if you have delicate corals.it will not really hurt the fish unless you put a large volume of fresh rock in.i have killed xenia and sps with so called cured rock,and overnight,so beware
