LR Cleaning

I have been in my cycle now for 10 days. Should I remove my LR, brush and clean them with SW and place them back in. They could really use it.

Use a turkey baster. Works great! IMO Don't need to remove from tank.

I brushed mine in the tank then did a partial water change. After the dust settled I used the turkey baster to stir it back up so that my filter pad would remove the unwanted junk. Do this a few times. Then remove the filter pad and wash it off. Leave the filter media out until the next time you need to do this.

Leave them in the tank and scrub them, or blast them with a turkey baster (depends on how dirty they are). And then do a water change.
