Looks blurry. Either way it's def an aiptasia or majano, and you do not want it to spread. Take the rock out and try to get it off with a tweezer at the base. Then scrape off a piece of the rock where it was attached. Also, I would use kalk paste and cover the same spot. These things are stubborn.
