LR question

When I first set up this tank I went to one of the LFS in the area and bought a few peices of LR. (Jan 2)
Well they said it was cured, but it doesn't look as nice as the other LR I bought from a more reputable store.
My parameters have been up and down in this tank, literally, the last two weeks.
Could I possibly take these few peices of uncured LR out and then add some more cured LR??Besides that I've got aitaspia all over this rock. Its not something I really want to deal with in an empty tank!!!

Yes remove the rock, especially before that aiptasia spreads!

Cured live rock doesn't mean it's nice live rock. Do you know what type of LR it is? Is it base rock? It tends not to look as nice. I'd take the rock out as a precaution and put it in a container with water and start curing it...just to make sure.

If the rock has been in the tank for almost 4 weeks, the aiptasia has already spread. It only took a week to spread in my tank.

sometimes cured is not the best looking rock you can get. some of the LR you've bought might of been in the LFS tank for a long time and has good coralline algae on already.. good luck
