I started a thread a few weeks ago about a female Genicanthus Melanospilos going through QT and I am glad to report that she is 80% healed. 1 eye is completely better and the other is almost back.
Now I am wanting to add the male to QT to get some preventative medicine in him. The male is about 6"-7" long so not a small guy by any means. I will place the female inside of an acclimation chamber in the QT to make sure he doesn't harass her at first and then hopefully release her about a week after introducing him.
Problem is...... will a 29 gallon be big enough for both of them? I will have salt water ready for water changes but I am not sure what else could I do?
