Lugol's for mushrooms

I have a rock with mushrooms and a few zoa's and some nice featherdusters about the size of a dime . I think I have some flatworms on the mushrooms , can I dip the rock in Lugol's and not harm anything , worried more about the dusters as they are nice looking .

you can use lugol to treat it if its kent marine lugol i would use half gal and 30 drops of lugol.

but if you have flatworms i would use just freshwater R/O dip it in without lugol's and it will be fine.

dip it for 7-10 minutes while shaking off the worms and other stuff. R/O will not harm them. they are adjusted to natural thunderstorm that rain off freshwater.

so don't worry about flushing them off. lol
