Lumatek LK 250

I have a Lumatek model LK250 that has 120 volts going in but no output.
Anything to troubleshoot on them? I don't think they still make this model.
Using it on 250 watt Radium. What ballast should I replace it with? Thanks

pretty awesome they stopped making them... M80 ballasts are good for radiums, a google search reveals hamilton makes one. I'm curious how different the output will be vs the lumateks
