Lunar settings help

I have tried desperately for weeks to get the lunar function of my XR15wPro working. I cannot figure out how to keep the light from turning completely off at the end of the daily schedule before coming back on for the lunar. Is this normal or not?

I would think the lights would slowly dim towards the programmed "sunset" time and then transition right into lunar without turning off completely. My light goes off for awhile and then comes back on for lunar.

Can someone at Ecotech please tell me how to set this up or, better yet, log into my account and do it for me? :crazy1:
