Lunar Simulation lights

my Lunar Simulation lights are not turning on. the outlet is set to auto and is on but the led lights are off? I set up the Lunar_A1 it the module field.

How is it connected? The LunarSin should be connected to the 'Control' port on the Apex (looks like a phone connecor). It needs a 4 (or more) conductor cord (cones with the LunarSim.
