Lymphocytosis?

Hello, I have had this Auriga for 26 days and went through TTM. Eating about anything I throw in there and no different swimming patterns. I am thinking this spot is lymphocytosis but thought I would get another opinion or 2. Thanks for looking.

Probably. Visual via image is not clear. Lymphocystis will look lumpy, and will be persistent rather than transitory.
