I have had two female and one Lyretail in QT for 4 weeks and moved them to the DT last night at lights out, with 1.5 hrs of drip acclimation, During the four weeks in QT the male never bothered either of the females, acted like they weren't even there.
Now he seems to not want them around and if they get to close he tries to nip at them. Could the behavior change be from the stress of the move, the fact that there are several other fish in the DT - it is a 180. Other occupants: PBT, Yellow Tang, Kole tang, Bellus angle, Pyramid Butterfly, 8 line Wrasse, Bluehead Wrasse and the Midas Blenny that moved over last night also.
Thanks for your help (advice)
