M1 Calibration

I have an Ecotech M1 that I try to calibrate and it is like it never finishes after you set the low flow I go to the next step to set the high flow and turn the knob and the flow doesn't change and the LED just keeps flashing at both ends and won't go past this step. I have tried multiple times. The link in the manual doesn't work so I went off this Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnpeIoLzjx4 I unplugged and tried multiple times and no dice. So I just unplugged it and plugged it back in and luckily for now it seems to have the right flow for my tank but I would like some adjustablility to it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That's very unusual. I would try performing a soft reset on the controller and trying again. If you continue to have issues, please call in directly for more advanced troubleshooting.

Thanks Alex. I will have water back in the tank tomorrow evening and I will try the soft reset. I appreciate the support.
