I have been looking into this more seriously.
Is anyone else planning on going? Does anyone have recommendations on where to stay?

It looks like there's a huge hotel attached to the conference center. Why not stay there? I've never been to Vegas, but the link to the hotel from the MACNA site says they have rooms starting at $49/night.

$49 is for the days leading up to the conference and after the conference. I saw that too... from the 6-10 its $114 a night.

Right now I am looking into flight and hotel packages in the middle of the strip so my wife isn't bored out of her mind during the day. I will just take the monorail to the conference center.
