Macro Alge and Hitchiker ID

I tried taking pictures but can't get my camera to take one that is clear--Two things, one a very fine macro algae that is growing very fast and looks almost like a small fern--any ideas or places where I could look it up? Also a pink sponge type thing that is also growing and is very soft and breaks apart if disturbed--it was white and is now pink--any ideas? Thanks for your help--Deron

The macro is probably Bryopsis.
The sponge type thing is probably a sponge.
No charge for that analysis.

I did a google search and it it Bryopsis--is this stuff a problem and invasive--what will take care of it?

Bryopsis is common in newer tanks. Something ate all mine early on (I think it may have some some sort of pod, but I'm not sure). I imagine that most algae eating fish would enjoy it.
