Macro Lighting

This whole macro algae thing is new to me so if someone could please help....I bought a ball of chaeto and put it in my sump. I was told that i could use PC lighting from Home Depot. Is this correct? Does spectrum and wattage of the bulb matter? Also, do i need to place the chaeto in an area of my sump with more or less flow?

the cheapest way is a clip-on fixture and a grow light.
Fixture @ wally-world = $8.99
Grow light @ w-w = $3.99
chaeto in high flow area so it can tumble...priceless!!! :thumbsup:
