macroalgae in 180 gal tank

PLease recommend lighting for tank as well as fertilizer, also Have had halimeda from drs. foster and smith go white and fall apart in past attempts what calcium and alkaline boosters should one use have 180 pounds plus of figi rock in tank. Do you use chemipure, purigen or skimming only. Plan to have small fish like centrpyge angels Damsels, blennies, gobies small wrasses etc. No Tangs Please offer sugestions. Thanx.

Is the goal to have a macroalgae tank? Or a reef with some macroalgae accents?

Macroalgae with some colorful Gorgonians like purple whip, purple frilly, low light yellow and maybe some sponges for color.
