Yea, I plan on getting the surface skimmer add-on for that AquaC so I'm not sure if a mag5 will fit in the box thingy... I could try it though, from everything I've read, the bigger the pump you put in it, the better they are...

It's the regular remora, and the pumps only have a 100gph difference... But the mag3 will produce more bubbles. And everything that I've read over the last few days, you can't have too big of a pump.... The bigger the better for this thing. I just want to give it a shot, if it ends up being too much, I'll use the pump for my ATO system.

Keeping it like it is, is plenty for your 55 Ben. I had that thing running in my 75 plus 40 sump and it was fine. Just wanted to get a little more skim out of my system, thats why I upgraded. If you are running a 55 with no sump leaving it like it is, is more than enough. Just my opinion.
Alrighty, just wanted to try some stuff out. I will most likely be leaving it how it is but adding the surface skimmer box to it.. I've already added a couple of mods to it, just the ones adjust how tight the collection cup fits in the chamber, and a baffle for the injection chamber.
Though I'm not sure if the one for the tightness of the collection cup even works too well because I did it and the bubbles still get past the cup... Ah well... Hey, try and get ahold of Bryan too if you would, he was wanting to come pickup those frags!
