Mag drive returns

Hi,
Does anyone have the address and instructions on how to return Mag drives? I lost my instructions

I have a Mag 12 and Mag 7 that are less then 1 year old that needs to be return. The Mag 12 is not turning and the Mag 7 is swelled up in the middle of the sealed housing.

I thought Mag drives were bullet proof?
