Magflake

I am about out of magflake that I got from BRS, I have looked around locally but noone has had any. I got bags of Peladow that the hardware store in town had in the back room, so I have enough calcium to use for years, but the mag flake is killing me trying to find it.

The Peladow is bagged by a company in Pittston called Millazzo Industries, does anyone know if they sell to the general public as they also sell Magflake.

yes i believe they do,I get mine from cope salt in lancaster pa they have no issues with selling retail and I just got an email from them saying they have mag flake

Peladow is a DOW calcium product and Milazzo in Pittston bags and sells that along with Qik Joe Ice Melt (same thing just a diff name). MagFlake is not a DOW product and I highly doubt Milazzo carries it.

They do carry a magnesium chloride in flake and pellet form, but does anyone know what brand it is? Is there anyone willing to pick me up a bag of magflake at cope salt and I will get it from you at the swap in williamsport? I can send you the money now, or pay you at the swap. If not no big deal, but its worth a shot.

I'm only about 30 mins from Milazzo. Give them a call. If they carry MagFlake I can pick up a bag for you and bring it to the swap. Cope Salt is in Lancaster...that's over 2 hrs away. You might be closer.

Im in Jersey Shore, 10 minutes west of Williamsport, lancaster is a couple hours from me also, Ill give them a call and see what they have. Thx
