I found some maiden hair on a tonga branch in another tank, I want to propagate it. How do I do this, do I frag the branch and glue it to a bigger piece of LR and wait for it to spread? Or can I pluck some out and propagate it any other way?
I am pretty sure it is maiden hair because it's pretty good looking and stay a consistent length.
Also, if growing this in the sump of the system, will it ever be introduced into the display, because they are very tough to remove.. I don't want it in this particular display tank..
Will it cause a problem with my chaeto as well? Beside the chaeto may shade and kill the maiden hair.
