mail box problem ,,,,

anyone know why the mailbox says its full and there is only one PM in there ???,,,they are all deleted ,,,gone,,, just one PM in my box and i keep getting e-mails to my Yahoo saying someone sent me a PM , but my box is full ??? and its not ,,heck theres just one in there ,,,,,,,,,,,
