maintanance schedule for a 120 gallon

Just hoping someone could recommend a good shedule for me for upkeep on my 120 gallon tank with 30 gallon fuge/sump. I'm the worst for keeping a routine for testing, cleaning etc etc with my tank and was hoping that someone could give me a little guidance.

I do not know if I would call what I do a strick schedule but here goes.
I am lucky in one regard that everyone in my house goes to bed pretty early in my house and I am a night owl. I do most of my maintanance at night.
I will test all of my parameters at least once a week normally on Wed. The family comes home from church and gets ready for bed and I go test everything when the are asleep.
Friday nights I make up water change SW. I let it run in a tub and change the water first thing Sat morning so the tubs, hoses and towels can be out of the dining room for breakfast Sat morning with the kids.
My kids run the Magna cleaner almost daily so I don't have to clean glass.
Thats really about all I do on a weekly basis.
