Maintenance on a large tank?

How difficult would general maitenance be for someone 5'8" on a tank that measures 84Lx30Dx28T? This is "inwall" and can be accessed on 3 sides but not the front.

With a step stool it shoundn't be to bad. It also depends on how tall your stand is going to be.
