Majestic Angel missing lip?

Hello everyone. I just got my majestic angel with some other fish I ordered. After a few seconds I noticed his mouth has no lip on the upper part. Is this something that can heal or permament? I will try to get a picture tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any help!

i do not think that is something that will grow back..i hope im wrong....

First of all the fish is missing lips on both jaws, I just saw that today. OK pictures from my mobiles are not very clear I will post the 2 best I managed to got, but u can see clearly the problem.

This one was found one the web but this one is missing only the lower lip and its not completely removed or maybe its just withdrawn. Mine has no visible lip like its removed or something.

I recall that Recty had his Emperor come in with damaged lips, the one in his sig. Check with him. It's something that happens during shipment, but they should heal right up.

Well the fish died . At least I will get a refund.
