Major Differences between AC jr and AC III?

I am thinking of getting one just because safety and insane controll you have over the entire system.

My main question is why would I want to pay double for an AC III over an AC Jr, what is so different?

I am planing on getting an AC Jr right now with 2 DC 8s because I have 12 differenct plugs I want to control induvidually


The features I care about are

Turn on fans if tank get hot
Turn off lights if tank gets hotter
controll heaters
Alarm Sound if there is a problem with PH, temp, wettness
Sunrise and sunset effects
Luner Cycle
Wavemaking effect with random (or close 2 it) for 3 powerheads
Digital PH and temp readings

Can all this be done with an AC jr with temp, ph probe and 2 DC 8s? (not including all the equipment that makes this happen)
