Making sure this light will work

I am setting up a 75 gallon soon...acquiring all the parts and pieces currently.

I want to eventually be able to some SPS corals and clams. Will have a 1-2" sandbed...thinking of purchasing a used TEK fixture 6x54W...will this be plenty of light for my reef tank? or do I need to consider something different?

Very popular light. I'm sure you'll be able to keep all coral types with the right bulb combo. That is the key.

This is a nice economical fixture and puts out a ton of light for the price. I had a 4x54 on my old 55 and it did a fantastic job.
