Male flame wrasse tank mates have ich, what to treat?

I am preparing to treat with either TTM or CP.

I am leaning towards CP because of how many fish I have to treat, does anyone know if this would be safe on a flame wrasse?

Thanks!

Do you have any coral? I have the same issue in my 200 gallon system and it has a couple coral in it and I was wondering if the products you are using if they are reef safe.

Cupramine is not reef safe, you will have to take out the fish, treat them in a different tank and leave the main tank fishless for about 72 days.

The OP didn't say anything about using cooper. I have had better luck with CP against velvet not ich. TTM has been the best method for me. In your case you may have to explore with hypo-salinity at 1.009.

This will be in a 57 gallon QT tank, no rock or sand.

I have cupramine as well, trying to decide which to do. I've done TTM before but only for two small fish.
