Check EBay. There's a guy in Hawaii that sells them as cheap as anyone else that I've found. I've bought from him twice. Be aware that almost any place you buy them from raises them in greenhouses in fresh water. You will need to slowly acclimate them to salt water.

I believe Reefcleaners just ships the pods as that's all you're allowed to collect in Florida, so no acclimation necessary, but its also going to take some time for everything to sprout out, too.

Mangroves take quite a bit of space. They also grow very slowly. Reefcleaners collects them from the wild as pods so no acclimation necessary.
