Manifold design input needed

I have been reading a lot of your posts and have to say, you are the one I feel has the best ability to help me with my manifold design. Your answers are easier to understand that most of what I am reading.

Setup 90 Gal reef ready Aqueon Tank and Stand
Larger of the two Oceanic Sumps (not sure of gallon but if I had to guess 35 or so)
Return Pump is the Diablo DC controllable that has the following flow setting (six controllable setting for a Max Flow: 2,775 gph and the other speeds are 462.50 gph, 925gph, 1387.50gph, 1850gph, 2312.50gph and lastly the 2775 gph)
My pump is if I had to guess (sitting at my desk at work trying to figure / visualize) but stand is 28" tall and the tank is a 25" tall so we can safely call it 4.5ft from the pump to the water level in the tank/ output is on the tank. I am running the standard overflow set up that one tube in the overflow housing is the return and the other is the output back into the dank.

I would like to design a manifold off the return line and think with my pumps setting it should not be a problem.
What I would like to run is as follows (not in any particular order)
"¢ Next Reef Reactor running GFO
"¢ UV (9 Watt Turbo Twist)
"¢ ?????
"¢ ?????
I would also want to feed a slower flow through my fuge area so that would be one of the (????) and that would leave space for one additional item if I found the need done the road.

Do you think it would work and if I can ask what size PVC pipe and ball valves would you make the line that forms the off manifold line off of the Y from the return line. What about each line after the ball valve coming to each component "“ would you make it smaller or use the same size PVC.

Here is something I did in paint uploaded to photo bucket

I hope you can help me and understand what I am trying to ask. I apologize in advance if you cannot it is just kind of hard to describe.

Thank You for any and all help

I make my manifolds the same size as pump return, tee fitting just above sump tops for horizontal running reactor manifold. Then step down each size needed for reactor's flow there (1 1/4" manifold 1/2" feed, 1/4", ect...)
Then balance of flow to main aquarium.
You want to be able to control all different flows to everything with GATE VALEVS so look at large tank builds many pictures of manifolds set every way you can think of......copy:)

Good Luck!

This is what I have used to feed my reactors

above all of this is a True Union Ball Valve to control the flow back to the tank and to provide pressure for the valves

I like this design. Do you have any other pics so I could get a better idea of how you did this?
