Here are a few shots and a video of one of my mantis shrimp. This is the green one. I also have a red one..Any info on the species would be appreciated. Thanks:

Thanks guys! I am new at the mantis thing. Both of mine are accepting shrip meat. What else should I include in their diet?

several food. I'd recommend 2-3 or more. invert meat is probably best. Krill, squid, shrimp, silversides, mussle/clam, etc. Also try to soak in selcon or similar supplements once a week and at least one live, hard shelled animal a month, preferably more.

Cool! Thanks... Is is safe to keep softies with mantis? The tank is kind of bare looking... I figured the softies would give something else to look at while the mantis is not out..

It won't be a problem. Just make sure the corals are attached to rocks too big for the mantis to pick up or glued down very well. They will rearrange anything they can if they want to, and this may move corals in low light spots, buried under sand, or in the mantises cave itself.
