I have to give a big thank you to the board members for their input on some of the threads I posted on our new products. I've been passing some of that information in my weekly reports to the company.

This thursday and friday I had the pleasure of having the manager of all the east coast reps ride with me as I visited accounts in the Baltimore area. We began to discuss the weekly reports and how each rep seems to be good with certain types of information. Turns out she said that I seem to be pretty good at picking up information on what the reefers are saying on the forums. (cheer...thats you guys.) So thanks again and as always keep me posted on opinions and thoughts. I really want to thank Ken and WDS on your input especially, you guys rock.

Btw I did well on my job performance review...this ends my probation period (initial first few months) which means my job is locked in now

Way to go ST!!! Nothing is more dreadful than the proverbial probation period. I'm happy to see you not only got through it but also made a good impression as well . That will go a long way for you.

It's equally as nice for us to have a contact or liason to the manufacturers to be able to communicate our ideas and opinions.
