Maracyn II and wrasses?

I have had success in the past of pre-treating true percula clownfish with Maracyn II in a quarantine tank before putting them in the main display. I say pre-treating, because whether or not they show symptoms or not, I would formaline dip the clown and then give him Maracyn II for 1 week and it's worked like a charm.

I'm getting my first wrasse tomorrow (a filament flasher wrasse). Can I use the same Maracyn II pre-treatment on him too? Is this medicine harmful to wrasses? Or does he require a different medication?

I'm sure the antibiotic in Maracyn II for Saltwater fishes is safe for the wrasse.
