Maracyn Plus in a reef tank?

I have a gobie that seem to have a mouth fungus , and there is no way I can catch him to qt. can i use maracyn plus in a reef tank?

Real fungal problems are pretty rare in SW and placing antibiotics into a show tank is not something that most would recommend. Lastly .. not sure, but I doubt that maracyn (plus or otherwise) would be very effective against a real fungal problem. Just my 02.
