maracyn-two, double the dose?

So I'm trying to treat what I believe could be dropsy on a flame angel I have in QT. I bought some maracyn-two and the instructions say to use two packets per 20 gallons on the first day, then one packet per 20 gallons on days 2-5. I keep reading here on RC though that you should double the dose. Does that mean to use four packets on day one and then two packets on days 2-5, or that I should use four packets for each of the five days? This is a 20 gallon QT tank BTW.

It should specify on the box how much to use for s/w.

Yes it does, and I've read the instructions But I've read many times on RC about using maracyn-two and it is recommended to double the dose. I'm trying to figure out exactly what is meant by that.
